Project overview: HUAWEI Hangzhou is located in Liuhe Road,Binjiang District, Hangzhou City, which is height in 24.08 meters with 3 floors, and the area of curtain wall is 58,000 sqm. Much of the GFRC is combined with glass and stone, which extremely tests the design capabilities of designers. Complex modeling and high difficulty in construction leads the whole project to be a classic GFRC works in Chinese project history.

This project has complicated modeling and large product plate, which brings great difficulty to installation. Through careful construction organization and management, Shantai has completed the installation of 20,000 square meters of products in just 60 days, which is highly praised by the owner of HUAW and main contractor Jangho Group.

Curtain wall adopts external open type internal waterproof insulation system. In order to reduce the penetration point of waterproof and thermal insulation, Shantai Company has brought out the new method by combining a large number of small components, creating a new high in the history of component products. The steel frame system board attached to the back with a single piece size up to 6.5mx2m is installed as a whole in one time, which can meet the plate's own strength and save the quantity of installation work on site.

The facade effect presented alternately by GRC, stone and glass, etc., greatly tests designers' spatial imagination.
