Beijing Universal Hotel, located at the entrance of Beijing Universal Studios, is the world's first hotel named after the Universal brand, with a classic Spanish appearance and a GFRC volume of 23,000 square meters.
In order to achieve the color effect of streamline transition, GFRC has as many as 12 kinds of colors, and the difference between each color is small and there are many dark colors, which brings great challenges to color difference control. Santai has developed a fine chromatic aberration control system to achieve uniform colors while perfectly presenting the delicate texture of GFRC.
This project has adopted BIM technology since the initial stage of the project, from engineering design to construction, from GRC production to delivery and installation, it is perfectly combined with BIM technology.
After the completion of the Beijing Global Hotel project, it has been highly praised by Chinese and American owners and is a model of GFRC curtain wall engineering.
