Since its entry into China in the 1990s, grc has been widely used in construction due to its characteristics of easy molding, decoration, compression and anti-aging. Its appearance has made the building's silence a life, not some unspeakable language in the building. Smooth lines are like strings to play. The pattern on the line is like every note. It is meticulously crafted, embodying the connotation of each building, portraying the soul of the small scene in the courtyard, and highlighting the momentum of the thick and thin Roman columns. With the integration of Chinese and Western ideas in domestic designers, grc has been used to create products with Chinese elements and gradually applied to life.
First of all, the facilities of the mold shop must be perfected. The bright room has a large work platform, aluminum rods, various measuring tools, cutting machines, and maintenance tools. The quality of the mold is related to the life of the mold, product quality and installation progress. Most GRC products are made from gypsum and are made from glass-steel (FRP) remanufactured molds, such as production lines. The scraper is made of wood (board) or plastic plate depending on the cross-section of the product. The scraper sling should be flat and seamless. The aluminum alloy strip should be fixed to the platform. The stirred gypsum slurry should be poured into the corresponding position one by one. The scraper should be scraped back and forth. The force between the squeegees should be uniform, and the speed and rhythm should be fast, so that the hanging line can be smoothed. Water chestnuts are obvious. After the gypsum line is formed, it is positioned in sections according to the required size. Waxing is easy to demould. The prepared glass steel (resin) is brushed on the surface of the plaster. After curing, the prepared FRP cloth is brushed and pasted again. Care should be taken to treat the bubbles generated during the brushing process in a timely manner and then perform the first step after curing. Brush and lay glass fiber cloth three times until a certain thickness is reached. A qualified grc mold was successfully produced by removing the cured FRP and removing the gypsum during the trimming polishing process.
Shaped molds can be divided into two major categories: FRP and silica gel:
1. Some grc remanufactured molds with unique shapes. In order to demould, the mold must be divided into several parts to be used multiple times. When manufacturing, be sure to consider the machining position of the dividing line. Especially when making FRP, be sure to pay attention to the position of the dividing line. Otherwise, the products produced will not only affect the appearance, but also be inconvenient to repair.
2, the production of silicone mold is only used when FRP can not be replaced, and the use of silica gel should also pay attention to timely. The bubbles generated after curing are easily deformed due to the large elasticity of the silica gel, and it is easy to use cement or FRP as a supporting mold (auxiliary mold) after curing.
The size of the mold is related to the size of the product and is easy to install. When the line is still in the plaster model, the problem of seam repair should be considered. After repairing the joint, the seam of 2-3mm wide and 15mm deep is dug at both ends of the plaster line. When the two ends are installed, a groove with a width of 30mm will be displayed to facilitate the ash filling and sticking to the crack preventing belt. A fiberglass product fixed by expansion bolts is evenly distributed on the plaster model. A hole depth of 30 mm and a hole diameter of 35 mm are suitable.
